We choose the designs and order samples of each. When the samples arrive, we measure them with calipers and check every product image against its sample.

To put it on

1. Hold it by the top.
2. Put the end of the curve into your piercing from the front, and ease the wire through until the top sits against the front of your lobe.
3. Turn the top so the curve swings down behind your lobe and comes forward under it.
4. Check it from the side in a mirror: the top sits in front, the curve sits under the lobe.

To take it off

1. Hold it by the top and turn it so the curve swings back up behind your lobe.
2. Ease the wire back out through the front of your piercing, the way it went in.

Each style comes in one size. If a style ever comes in more than one top size, its page offers each one by its millimeters, at one price.

Every finish wears with use: water, sweat and rubbing wear it down over time. So take them off to sleep, shower, swim and exercise, and keep them dry in their pouch.

Pat dry after water. Keep away from perfume, lotion and harsh chemicals. Store in the pouch between wears and buff with a soft, dry cloth.

Every order ships with tracking, and we email you the tracking link when it ships. We don't publish shipping or delivery times yet.

US shipping is included on orders of $150 or more. It's the same for every other country we ship to. If an offer lowers the shipping cost, the offer says so where it appears, with its end date.

Try your earrings for 30 days from the day they're delivered. If a pair or a set isn't right for you, we'll refund what you paid for it, and you keep it: there's nothing to send back. Here's how: email support@thefidele.com with your order number within those 30 days. Refund policy.

If something arrives damaged, we'll send a replacement or refund you, your choice, and you don't need to send anything back. If we send the wrong item, we'll send the right one at our cost, and you don't need to send the wrong one back. If something is missing from your parcel, we'll send it at our cost. If your parcel hasn't arrived, email us your order number and we'll check its tracking with the carrier. If it's lost, we'll send a replacement or refund you, your choice, at our cost. A refund for a lost parcel includes any shipping you paid. For any of these, email support@thefidele.com with your order number.

No. There is no membership and no subscription.

We open with none. Once customers write them, every honest review, good or bad, is shown unless it breaks a written rule that applies to all reviews equally.

We ship to the address you give at checkout, so a pair or a set can go straight to the person you're giving it to. Please check the address before you pay. If it goes to a country outside the United States, the person who receives it may be asked to pay that country's import charges.

The person you give it to can ask for a refund too, within 30 days of the day it was delivered. We send the refund to you, the way you paid, and they keep the earrings.

If you'd like a different pair or set, order the one you want first, then ask for a refund on this one. An order placed before a refund keeps its own 30 days.

For a huggie, measure across one she already wears, and match it to the "across" size on our huggie's page once our calipers have measured it. For an open hoop, what matters is how far her piercing is from the edge of her lobe, which is hard to know without asking. The person you give it to can ask for a refund too, within 30 days of the day it was delivered. We send the refund to you, the way you paid, and they keep the earrings.
